The Compass+ depot, as with any depot, is a very busy and hazardous workspace. To combat potential injuries to persons and property we have adopted stringent Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety Policies and procedures. To assist with adhering to these policies and to ensure customers and visitors are protected from the workplace hazards we require all customers and visitors to:

DO NOT BRING any ANIMALS whatsoever to the depot.
DO NOT LEAVE any CHILDREN unattended when inside the depot.
DO NOT ENTER the storage HARDSTAND / YARD / WORKSHOP without supervision or notifying the depot office first.
Alcohol and Banned Substances are not permitted anywhere on the hardstand / yard.
Listen and act in accordance with the directions of on-site / depot staff.
Report to the office to be inducted to site (first visit or as depot policies change) and to sign in each time you visit thereafter.
If you require access to your stored container, please advise the office not less than 48 hours prior so that the container can be relocated to a safe access area. Lift fees will apply for “On Demand” services.
The depot hardstand / yard is open to the public and transport from 7:30am to 3:30pm. A 50% surcharge will apply for out of hours movements or lifts.
When accessing your container, we ask that you be mindful of where you park as other customers and our forklifts regularly require access to all areas of the hardstand / yard.
Unless otherwise agreed to, access to the hardstand / yard closes at 4:00pm and all customers must vacate the yard / hardstand by 4:00pm.

We ask that you be respectful and courteous to our staff and other attending persons at all times when visiting our depot. We reserve the right to remove any persons from the depot who are breeching the depot’s OH&S and WH&S policies or who are displaying a disrespectful demeanour.
