'Compass+' refers to the brand under which Compass+ member entities provide shipping container manufacturing, sales, hire, modification and intermodal services their clients and/or refers to one or more member entities, as the context requires. Each member entity of Compass+ is a separate legal entity. Services are delivered by the member entities. 'Compass+' itself does not provide services to, or transact with, clients or customers. Compass+ and its member entities are not agents of, and do not obligate one another and are not liable for one another’s acts or omissions. In the Australian context only, the use of the term 'Compass+' refers to COMPASS CONTAINERS PTY LTD, ABN 22 169 170 816, COMPASS INTERMODAL PTY LTD, ABN 44 647 928 354, CAIRNS CONTAINER HIRE PTY LTD ABN 19 613 363 009, CONTAINER TEC PTY LTD ABN 16 627 201 414.
